§ 7 §3938 — Violation

Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 9 ANIMAL WELFARE·Ch. 723 FACILITY LICENSES
A person maintaining a facility required to be licensed under this chapter without having obtained a license, or after a license has been revoked or suspended, commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $200 a day may be adjudged.
