Text

Any person who fails to furnish reports required by the commissioner pursuant to section 3154 in a timely fashion shall be subject to the following civil penalties, to be collected by the commissioner in a civil action:

1.First violation. For the first violation, a civil penalty not to exceed $100; and
2.Subsequent violation. For each subsequent violation within one year of the first violation, a civil penalty not to exceed $500. Persons who violate any other rules promulgated under this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $100 to be collected by the commissioner in a civil action.
