§ 7 §2872 — Violations
1.Civil violation.
A person commits a civil violation if that person violates:

A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $50 may be adjudged for each colony in violation of chapter 521, 523 or 527.
