§ 7 §2184 — Examinations

Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 5 PLANT INDUSTRY·Ch. 404 ARBORIST LICENSING
Each license applicant shall take an examination prepared by the department. Examinations must be given at least once a year at times and places as the department determines. The grading and passing of applicants are the exclusive responsibilities of the department. Applicants failing the first examination may apply and take the next or a subsequently scheduled examination upon payment of the required fee.
