Text

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Court. "Court" means any District Court and, with regard to section 4659, the tribal court of the Passamaquoddy Tribe or the Penobscot Nation.
2.Harassment. "Harassment" means:
3.Law enforcement agency. "Law enforcement agency" means the State Police, a sheriff's department or a municipal police department. 3-A. Military protective order. "Military protective order" means a protection order issued pursuant to 10 United States Code, Section 1567 by a commanding officer of the Armed Forces of the United States or the National Guard of any state, against a person under the officer's command.
