Text

The members of the commission must be appointed for terms of 5 years each, except that of those first appointed, the Governor shall designate one whose term is only one year, one whose term is only 2 years, one whose term is only 3 years and one whose term is only 4 years. An individual appointed to fill a vacancy occurring otherwise than by expiration of term must be appointed only for the unexpired term of the member whom the individual succeeds.
