1.Maintain central telecommunications services.
The Chief Information Officer shall maintain and operate central telecommunications services and may:

The Chief Information Officer shall maintain and operate central data processing and geographic information systems pursuant to subchapter 3.

The Chief Information Officer shall serve as the contracting authority under Title 1, chapter 14 and shall provide staff to the InforME Board established in Title 1, chapter 14.
