Text
A state fire marshal, state fire marshal investigator or a state fire marshal inspector who elects the retirement option provided in section 17851, subsection 13 shall contribute to the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program or have pick-up contributions made by the employer as provided in section 17852, subsection 13.
