§ 5 §1730 — Records; audit
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 4 FINANCE·Ch. 152 INSURANCE ON STATE-OWNED PROPERTY
The division shall keep a record of all its proceedings.
The division shall have an audit made of its accounts annually covering the last complete fiscal year by the Office of the State Auditor.
The policies for all insurance placed shall be kept on file with the division.
