Text
For the purposes of this Part:
1.Election of benefit.
If a beneficiary is not lawfully qualified to make an election, the election must be made for the beneficiary by the person authorized to do so by Title 18-C, Article 5; and
2.Payment of benefit.
Payment of any benefit to an individual subject to guardianship, as defined in Title 18-C, section 5-102, or a minor must be made in accordance with Title 18-C, Article 5.
