Text
1.Application.
This section shall apply to federal grants that are the result of class action or other litigation that involves the citizens of the State.
2.Allocation.
No expenditure may be made from any such grants unless allocation of the funds is recommended by the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over appropriations and financial affairs and approved by the Legislature.
