§ 5 §1505 — Petty Cash Funds
A Petty Cash Fund must be allowed by the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services to each state department or agency that in the commissioner's opinion requires such a fund. The fund so established may be reimbursed only upon statements and bills audited by the State Controller.
