Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development.
2.Department.
"Department" means the Department of Economic and Community Development.
2-A.
Permit.
"Permit" means a license, certificate, registration or other authorization required by a governmental agency for a business undertaking. "Permit" includes, but is not limited to, a permit by rule issued by the Department of Environmental Protection in accordance with Title 38, section 344, subsection 7.
3.State Development Office.
"State Development Office" means the Department of Economic and Community Development.
