§ 5 §108 — Change of clerk or registered agent by entity

1.Change of information.
A represented entity may change the information currently on file under section 105, subsection 1 by filing with the Secretary of State a statement of change signed on behalf of the entity that states:

Except for a corporation formed under Title 13‑C, the interest holders or governors of a domestic entity need not approve the filing of:

The appointment of a clerk or a registered agent pursuant to section 105, subsection 1 is an affirmation by the represented entity that the clerk or agent has consented to serve as such.
