1.Definitions.
As used in this section, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Beginning July 1, 2030, a designated food waste generator may not dispose of or facilitate the disposal of its generated food waste at an incineration facility or solid waste landfill and shall:
