Maine·Title 38 WATERS AND NAVIGATION·Ch. 14-A NUCLEAR WASTE ACTIVITY

The Legislature shall act expeditiously after a decision by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission to approve a facility, but may not act until after the conclusion of any judicial review of the decision and any resulting administrative proceedings.
