Text
The board shall adopt rules that establish criteria and procedures of acceptable work practices for licensees and certificate holders and persons exempt from licensing and certification requirements under section 1273, subsection 4 engaged in the following asbestos abatement activities.
1.Removal; demolition; encapsulation; enclosure; repair; handling; transportation; analysis; disposal; storage; design; monitoring; or inspection.
For any asbestos activity that involves more than 3 linear feet or 3 square feet of friable asbestos-containing material, the board shall consider the following:
