1.Definitions.
As used in this section, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
2.Health facility autonomy over credentialing and privileging.
This chapter does not affect credentialing or privileging standards of a health facility and does not preclude a health facility from waiving or modifying those standards while an emergency declaration is in effect.
