§ 37-B §806 — Enforcement; penalties
Maine·Title 37-B DEFENSE, VETERANS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT·Ch. 13 MAINE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
1.Commission orders.
The commission may issue orders requiring the owner or operator of a facility or other responsible person at a facility to abate a violation of any section of this subchapter or rule adopted under it.
