§ 37-B §791 — General provisions
Maine·Title 37-B DEFENSE, VETERANS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT·Ch. 13 MAINE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
1.Purpose.
This subchapter is intended to be consistent with and facilitate implementation of the provisions of the United States Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, Public Law 99-499.
2.Definitions.
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
