Text

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Civil emergency preparedness. 1-A. Cyberattack. "Cyberattack" means activity targeting information and communications technology infrastructure, systems or services affecting the State or the State's critical infrastructure, whether physical or non-physical, for the purpose of disrupting, disabling, destroying or maliciously controlling such infrastructure, systems or services or destroying the integrity of the data or stealing the information residing thereon.
2.Disaster. "Disaster" means the occurrence or imminent threat of widespread or severe damage, injury or loss of life or property resulting from any natural or man-made cause, including, but not limited to, fire, flo
