§ 37-B §5 — Deputy commissioner

Maine·Title 37-B DEFENSE, VETERANS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT·Ch. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS - ORGANIZATION
The commissioner may appoint a deputy commissioner and assign duties and delegate authority to the deputy commissioner as considered appropriate by the commissioner or Governor. The deputy commissioner serves at the pleasure of the commissioner.
