§ 37-B §460 — Conduct that is prejudicial to good order and discipline of military forces or that is of a nature to discredit military forces
Any person subject to this Code who engages in conduct that is prejudicial to the good order and discipline of the military forces or that is of a nature to discredit the military forces must be punished as a court-martial may direct.
