Text
Any person subject to this Code must be punished as a court-martial may direct if that person, without proper authority, does any of the following with any military property of the United States or the State:
1.Sells.
Sells or otherwise disposes of that military property;
2.Damages or loses.
Willfully or through neglect damages, destroys or loses that military property; or
3.Suffers to be lost; sold.
Willfully or through neglect suffers that military property to be lost, damaged, destroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of.
