§ 37-B §445 — Striking or disobeying an officer
Any person subject to this Code who strikes a superior officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against a superior officer while that officer is in the execution of that office or willfully disobeys a lawful command of the superior officer must be punished as a court-martial may direct.
