Text
Upon petition of the accused, the Supreme Judicial Court shall review the record of any court-martial approved by the convening authority.
The accused shall file the petition for review within 30 days of the time the accused is notified of the approval of the case by the convening authority.
On the same date that the accused files the petition for review in the Supreme Judicial Court, the accused shall file a notice of the accused's intention to appeal with the convening authority. Within 30 days, the convening authority shall forward the complete transcript of the case to the Supreme Judicial Court.
