Text

The convening authority of a court-martial, shall detail or employ qualified court reporters, who shall record the proceedings of and testimony taken before that court. If a court reporter is not available, the Governor or Adjutant General may authorize the use of audio tape or other electronic transcription equipment to record proceedings. The convening authority of a court-martial, may detail or employ interpreters who shall interpret for the court. The Governor shall adopt rules to implement this section.
