§ 37-B §407 — Arrest or confinement
1.Definitions.
As used in this section, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following words have the following meanings.
2.Order.
A person subject to this Code who is charged with an offense under this Code may be ordered into arrest or confinement, as circumstances require.
3.Not a limitation.
Nothing in this section may be construed to limit the authority of persons authorized to apprehend offenders to secure the custody of an alleged offender until the proper authority may be notified.
