1.Annual report.
No later than January 15, 2022, and annually thereafter, the authority shall provide a report to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over utilities matters that:
2.Sunset review.
As part of the report required under subsection 1 to be submitted to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over utilities matters no later than January 15, 2030, the authority shall include findings and recommendations following its review of the effectiveness of the authority in furthering the purposes of this chapter, including:
After receiving a report under this section, the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over utilities matters may report out legislation relating to the authority.
