§ 35-A §6511 — Failure to apply for assessment not a waiver
Maine·Title 35-A PUBLIC UTILITIES·Part 6 WATER·Ch. 65 PROPERTY TAKEN FOR PUBLIC USE AND ASSESSMENT OF DAMAGES
The property owner's failure to apply for the assessment of damages within 3 years may not be held to be a waiver by the property owner of compensation for property taken by eminent domain.
