Maine·Title 35-A PUBLIC UTILITIES·Part 3 ELECTRIC POWER·Ch. 41 MAINE MUNICIPAL AND RURAL ELECTRIFICATION COOPERATIVE AGENCY ACT
The agency is subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Protection and the Maine Land Use Planning Commission in the same manner as any other public utility.
