Text
By resolution of its governing body, a municipality or cooperative may:
1.Director.
Appoint a director to the board in accordance with section 4131;
2.Contracts.
Contract with the agency for the generation, manufacture, purchase, sale, exchange, distribution or transmission of electricity and other services on such terms and for such period of time as the resolution may provide;
3.Appropriation.
Appropriate or provide revenues and other money derived by them from their electric departments or systems or, in the case of those municipalities having combined electric, water, sewer and other utility systems, the revenues derived from such combined systems under any contract with the agency; and
4.Other contracts.
