Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following words have the following meanings:
1.Person.
"Person" means person as defined in section 102 or any public agency, state or political subdivision or agency of the State, or any body politic.
2.Rural electrification cooperative or cooperative.
"Rural electrification cooperative" or "cooperative" means any corporation organized under this chapter or which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner provided.
