Text
Every permit for digging up and opening streets, roads and highways granted under this chapter must specify:
1.Time.
The time during which the streets, roads or highways may remain open;
2.Place.
The place where the opening may be made; and
3.Surface.
The number of square yards of surface which may be disturbed.
