§ 35-A §1906 — Contract resale and administration

The following provisions govern the resale and evaluation and administration of an energy cost reduction contract or a physical energy storage contract.

1.Resale of natural gas pipeline capacity. The commission may negotiate and enter into contracts for the resale of all or a portion of the reserved natural gas transmission pipeline capacity acquired through an energy cost reduction contract. All of the revenue received as a result of the resale must be deposited into the trust fund. 1-A. Resale of physical energy storage capacity.
