§ 35-A §1509 — Limitation on imposing penalty
Maine·Title 35-A PUBLIC UTILITIES·Part 1 PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION·Ch. 15 SANCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES
An action that may result in the imposition of an administrative penalty under this chapter must be commenced within 5 years after the cause of action accrues.
