Text
The following provisions apply to depositions.
1.Taking depositions.
Depositions shall be taken in the manner prescribed by law for taking depositions in civil actions in the Superior Court.
2.Use of depositions.
The commission or any party may use the deposition of witnesses in a formal public hearing.
