§ 35-A §10118 — Public information and outreach
1.General.
The trust shall provide to the public information about renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency practices. In providing this information, the trust shall consider:
2.Funding.
The trust may seek federal funding for the purposes of this section and, to the extent necessary, may charge reasonable fees to cover the costs of training or other services provided pursuant to this section. All fees must be paid to the trust and used to reimburse the trust for its expenses in providing the service for which the fee is charged.
3.Effective date.
This section takes effect July 1, 2010.
