§ 34-B §5465 — Rules
1.Duty.
The commissioner shall promulgate rules for the effective implementation of this Article.

The rules shall include, but need not be limited to, information on:

The joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over health and institutional services shall review all rules promulgated by the department pursuant to this Article by no later than March of each year.
4.Public hearing and notice.
The commissioner shall hold at least one public hearing before promulgating these rules and notice of any public hearing shall be given pursuant to the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, section 8053.
