§ 34-B §5461 — Definitions

Maine·Title 34-B BEHAVIORAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES·Ch. 5 INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AND AUTISM

As used in this Article, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Advocate. "Advocate" means a person:
