Text
1.Rules.
The board may promulgate rules, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, pertaining to its functions set out in this chapter.
2.Restitution.
The board may authorize and impose as a condition of parole that the person make restitution to the person's victim or other authorized claimant in accordance with Title 17-A, chapter 69.

The board, or any member of the board, may, in the performance of official duties:
