Text
1.Chairman.
The members of the board shall elect a chairman who shall preside at all meetings of the board when he is present.
2.Frequency.
The board shall meet at least once every 2 months and may meet as often as necessary, at such times and places as the chairman may designate.
3.Quorum.
Any 3 members constitute a quorum for the exercise of all powers of the board.
