Text
1.Review under Maine Administrative Procedure Act.
Not later than 90 days after receiving notice of the administrator's determination under section 2170, a putative holder may initiate a proceeding under the Maine Administrative Procedure Act for review of the administrator's determination.
2.Judicial review; de novo proceeding.
A final decision in an administrative proceeding initiated under subsection 1 is subject to judicial review by the Superior Court as a matter of right in a de novo proceeding on the record in which either party is entitled to introduce evidence as a supplement to the record.
