Text
1.Administrator shall pay claim.
The administrator shall pay or deliver property to a claimant under section 2153, subsection 1 if the administrator receives evidence sufficient to establish to the satisfaction of the administrator that the claimant is the owner of the property.
2.Approve or deny claim within 90 days.
Not later than 90 days after a claim is filed and completed under section 2153, subsection 1, the administrator shall approve or deny the claim and give the claimant, or professional investigator licensed under Title 32, chapter 89 under an agreement with the claimant pursuant to subchapter 13, notice in a record of the decision.
