Text
1.Sale prohibited.
The administrator may not sell a medal or decoration awarded for military service in the Armed Forces of the United States.
2.Delivery of medal or decoration.
The administrator, with the consent of the respective organization under paragraph A, agency under paragraph B or entity under paragraph C, may deliver a medal or decoration described in subsection 1, to be held in custody for the owner, to:
3.Not responsible after delivery.
On delivery under subsection 2, the administrator is not responsible for safekeeping the medal or decoration.
