Consistent licensing between the State and other states is governed by this section.

If NMLS does not provide forms, processes or functionality for a provision of this Act, the administrator may strive to implement the requirements in a manner that facilitates uniformity with respect to licensing, supervision, reporting and regulation of licensees that are licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

Waive or modify requirements.
The administrator may waive or modify by rule any or all of the requirements, in whole or in part, and establish new requirements as reasonably necessary to participate in NMLS.
