Networked supervision by the administrator is governed by this section.
1.Multistate supervision.
To efficiently and effectively administer and enforce this Act and to minimize regulatory burden, the administrator is authorized to participate in multistate supervisory processes established between states and coordinated through the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, the Money Transmitter Regulators Association and affiliates or successors of the conference and association for all licensees that hold licenses in this State and other states.
