Text

The department shall provide for at least one examination each year for the purpose of examining candidates for certification pursuant to section 4173 at a time and place designated by the department. The department shall establish the criteria and conditions for the classification of wastewater treatment plants. The department shall establish the qualifications, conditions and licensing standards and procedures for the certification of individuals to act as operators or operators in responsible charge.
