Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Board.
"Board" means the Maine State Board for Licensure of Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers.
2.Department.
"Department" means the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation.
3.Office.
"Office" means the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation within the department.
