Text

All licenses must be renewed annually on or before June 30th of each year or at such other time as the director may designate. A license not renewed by June 30th automatically expires. A license may be renewed up to 90 days after the license expiration date upon payment of a late fee in addition to the renewal fee as set under section 1527. A person who submits an application for renewal more than 90 days after the license expiration date is subject to all requirements governing new applicants under this chapter.
